A Welcome Letter from Pastor Richard M. Scrushy:
We have had a great year at Grace And Purpose Church as God has blessed us with our new set and a great congregation. He has also blessed us with a great team of Pastors and Ministers who really love the Lord and want to do His work. I continue to be excited about all of the wonderful people that come to Grace And Purpose to worship and just get into the presence of God. We have seen many come to the altar and receive Jesus Christ as their personal Savior this year and I know that God put us here for that Purpose.
God has also blessed us with a great praise and worship team and wonderful musicians not to mention our worship leader, Pastor Matthew Wade. His selection of songs and the bands performance just brings the anointing in every Sunday morning. We thank God for all of these things that He has blessed us with this past year.
On Friday nights, we have an evening Bible study and our television service is reaching a lot of people throughout Alabama and the response has been very encouraging. We have many faithful viewers that appreciate our service each Sunday. We are excited to be doing the work God has called us to do as He told us all in Matthew 28:19 "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations." He also says "I am with you always to the very end of the age." We thank Him for all He is doing and all that He has done at GAP. Thank you for your support and helping build Grace And Purpose Church.
